1. Platform Overview

Transactify Global ("Platform", "we", "us") is a sell-only cryptocurrency platform that enables users to sell their USDT (TRC20) in exchange for INR. By using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

The Platform acts as the sole counterparty for all transactions. We are not a peer-to-peer exchange or marketplace.

2. Eligibility

• • You must be at least 18 years old to use this Platform.
• • You must complete KYC verification before transacting.
• • You must provide accurate and truthful information.
• • You must have a valid Indian bank account for receiving payouts.

3. Services

We provide the following services:

• • USDT (TRC20) deposit acceptance
• • Sell order processing at daily fixed rates
• • INR payout via Cash Deposit Machine (CDM) to your bank account

4. Rates and Payouts

• • Rates are set daily and locked at the time of order creation.
• • We do not guarantee specific rates or rate availability.
• • Payout time is estimated at up to 45 minutes but may vary due to banking conditions.
• • We are not liable for delays caused by banking systems or network issues.

5. User Responsibilities

• • Ensure all information provided is accurate and up-to-date.
• • Use only USDT on the TRC20 network for deposits.
• • Provide valid bank account details for payouts.
• • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• • Maintain the security of your account credentials.
• • Report any unauthorized access immediately.

6. Platform Rights

• • We reserve the right to modify rates at any time.
• • We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
• • We may refuse service without providing reasons.
• • We may update these Terms at any time with notice.
• • We may implement transaction limits as needed.

7. Prohibited Activities

• • Money laundering or terrorist financing
• • Using the Platform for illegal purposes
• • Providing false or misleading information
• • Attempting to manipulate or exploit the Platform
• • Creating multiple accounts

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the use of this Platform shall be resolved through:

• 1. Direct communication with our support team via email.
• 2. Mediation if direct resolution is not possible.
• 3. Arbitration as a final resort, governed by Indian law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Transactify Global shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
